Business Letters

How to type a BUSINESS LETTER....

1.  Used for expressing concerns, applying for a job, expressing gratitude,
2.  Very formal,
3.  date, your name and address at the bottom, the addressee with address, salutation,
4.  Vertically centered, single spaced paragraphs, double spaced in between paragraphs, 4 spaces after the date, and after end salutation. 
5.  Usually have a letterhead.

Format: Business Letter
Topic: Your brand new shoes have holes in them after one wear.
Strong verb: ANGER

Notes: Must be two paragraphs
1. what happened to your shoes.
2. compensation: what do you want.
